Low ESR equals performance.  Whether starting internal combustion engines or turning wind turbine pitch blades, a cell or module with low Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR), provides power quicker and with less heat generation.  


Why our ultracapacitor cells are the best:

  1. We have low DC ESR--2.3mΩ on the 370F cell.  Low DC ESR cells make low ESR modules.
  2. Our advanced activated dry electrode will hold up to continued high temperatures and still maintain performance.
  3. The 350F, 370F and 3000F cells are welded in key areas and hermetically sealed.
  4. The anode and cathode have more surface contacts to mount and retain low ESR.
